Salonica is launching a digital literary journal, E.Lire.
Salonica is currently and desperately seeking unpublished English translations from all languages of fiction, poetry, essays and literary criticism.We desire content that can be read on your lunch hour, on the train or plane, or waiting in line. We want to occupy those minutes with stories, poems, essays and reviews that amuse, inspire and challenge from voices around the world.
Translators must hold the necessary rights and permissions for the original work, unless it is in the public domain. Please include in your submission biographies of both author and translator, no longer than two short paragraphs. Also, translators and authors who wish to have their contact info published along with the piece, please indicate this.
